Speaker:

     -Prof. Claxton, before joining Kobe University, was legal counsel at ICSID and associate in the international arbitration groups of two global firms in Paris where he acted as counsel and arbitral secretary.

     -Prof. Okitsu is an associate professor of law at Kobe University, where he has been teaching administrative law, French law, and European law. He has also been a global research fellow at the NYU School of Law and a visiting professor at the University of Paris 13 Nord. He is decided to be promoted to full professor from April 2016.

     -Prof Keith Carpenter practiced as a lawyer in international finance for 20 years working in London, Tokyo and Bahrain. He worked as partner and associate at major English law firms and as director, head of legal services, at an investment bank. He currently teaches courses on common law and legal English.
